SUBJECT: DESIGNATION ORDER AS MEMBERS OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC),
TECHNICCAL WORKING GROUP (TWG), BAC SECRETARIAT, AND INSPECTORATE
DATE: January 8, 2020

1. You are hereby designated as Members of the Division Bids and Awards Committee (BAC),
Technical Working Group (TWG), BAC Secretariat, and Inspectorate respectively, effective
immediately.

2. As members of the committee, you shall see to it that all procurement activities must abide
with the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.

3. As provided for in the Article V, Section 11 of the above-mentioned law, the member of the
BAC shall have a fixed term of one (1) year reckoned from the date of appointment,
renewable at the discretion of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
