Regarding

As we are experiencing frequent failure of SRI CHAKRA NAGAR BTS, Our Chakra
Nagar OtT [10.215.164.13) having customer base of 22O+ connections which suffering
from frequent failure. It will cause loosing of our BSNL customer base. As competition
of Airtel Xtreme fibre,TlC fibre etc we need to give standard service to customer. So we
would like to change uplink from SRI Chakra Nagar BTS to SNC Exchange. We will lay
Uplink OF cable from SNC Exchange to our OLT locations. Hence it is requested tc approve
at earliest please.
