 GENERAL
The SOE Viewer Package (*1) is used to view events information gathered by the sequence of events recorder
(SOER) function (*2). The SOE viewer runs on CENTUM VP human interface station (HIS) or on a computer
connected to the control network.
This software is available for ProSafe-RS and ProSafe-RS Lite (*3).
*1: RS4E5100 Safety System Engineering and Maintenance Function includes the SOE Viewer Package.
*2: For details of the SOER function, refer to the GS of safety control function (GS 32P03B10-01EN, GS 32P03B20-01EN, GS
32P03B25-01EN, or GS 32P03B30-01EN).
*3: For ProSafe-RS Lite, it has been supported since ProSafe-RS R4.06.

 FUNCTION SPECIFICATIONS
The SOE viewer acquires and displays the event log (event and diagnostic information) of a specified safety control
station (SCS). The viewer also has various filtering and trip reporting display functions.

l Display of Event Logs

The SOE viewer displays the event logs of an SCS. With the viewer, an operator can simultaneously view the event
logs of up to 8 SCSs. Events defined as trip signals are displayed in different colors to distinguish them from other
events.

*1: Time stamp resolution of events collected by a digital input module is 1 ms. Other events are collected by the CPU module
and their time stamp resolution is equivalent to SCS scan period.

l Display of Trip Reports

The viewer displays event logs contained in the trip signal files of an SCS. The specifications of the trip reporting
display are as the same as the event log display specifications shown above.

l Export
Event logs and trip reports can be exported in a CSV format.

l Printing
Event logs and trip reports can be printed.

l Filtering
The operator can configure filtering functions for event logs and trip reports.
