1. Listening exercise: Listen to the recording and do the exercises. The
Pre-Listening and the Post-Listening exercises will be discussed in
class, but you have to complete all the points. Paste a screenshot of the

2. Past simple conversation. Get in pairs and choose one of the situations and
write down a conversation in the past. This point will be graded. On
Monday you will read the conversations. They have to last
approximately 2 minutes. Due date: Saturday, May 8 th, 2021. (La
conversación se debe subir a Territorium junto con la captura de
pantalla del ejercicio anterior, pero la conversación se leerá en parejas el
lunes. La conversación debe tener uno o dos párrafos completos).

- Hi, I didn't think I'd find you here, how are you?

- I was very happy, I was at home visited my parents and read some books.
- Your bag is great, where did you buy it?
- I bought it in a craft store.
- I love it, it's divine.
- Can I bought you a coffee to night?
- I'll text you, I was out super late last night?
- What time did you get off words?
- I left at ten o'clock.
- That's too bad, don't you had a fixed schedule?
- Yes, but sometimes words piles up, or a lot of clients arrived at the end of
my words day.

- Yes, unfortunately sometimes I can't made it to family meetings, liked
yesterday.
- Well, I'll let you rest then, on this floor I'm got off, I'll be waited for your
message.

1. a small talk with a neighbor in a lift;
2. a small talk with a colleague in a queue in a supermarket; 
3. a small talk with sister-in-law (who you don’t know well) at the
wedding;
4. a small talk with a hairdresser.
