The maps illustrate the developments of the port of Reaching between 1980 and now. In general, it
has witnessed fundamental changes from a mainly industrial place to a more residential and
recreational one.
In the north of the area, a factory which had been erected by 1980 was demolished to make way
for an expansion of offices. Meanwhile, the removal of a crane, which was located to the far east of
it, made room for the construction of condominiums.
