GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR DATA HUNGRY SIM

1. How do I connect to the internet with my Sim4crew Data Hungry SIM?

Once you insert your Sim4crew you must turn the data roaming on, select the network name and set your APN to globaldata
on iOS devices or create a new APN as globaldata on Android devices.

Android devices:
Go to Settings> Mobile network >Access Point Names (or Advanced, then APN) >Tap ""ADD"" or ""+"" or choose "SH
Prepaid">Input new APN settings in the "APN" field and name field as: globaldata (all lower case, all one word)> Save it. The
remaining fields should be left empty.

iOS devices:
Go to Settings> Cellular/Mobile Data> Cellular/Mobile Data Options> Cellular/Mobile Data Network> Type the new APN
settings in the Cellular/Mobile Data APN field as: globaldata (all lower case, all one word). The remaining fields should be left
empty.

2. How can I ensure that my device is connected to the supported network?

Select the data pack you like and proceed with the payment process

Please note that by adding a data package to your SIM, any previously added data packages will become unusable.
Therefore, we only recommend that you add a new package when your current package is finished or almost
finishing.

4. What’s Crewmoney? Where can I buy Crewmoney vouchers from?

Crewmoney is our wallet system. You can redeem Crewmoney vouchers on your account and use your Crewmoney to buy
data packages. You can buy Crewmoney vouchers from our sales partners worldwide.

5. What if I experience an issue with my Sim4crew Data Hungry SIM?
