reference.

READ THE DIRECTIONS OF EACH CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING.

Using the template provided and the results of your assessments, create a mask
that is unique to your personality. Use any materials you want to construct your
mask, making sure your mask is colorful, creative, neat and readable. If you are
able to print the template or trace it onto sturdy paper or poster board, you
should.

Take a good, clear close-up picture of your mask. Insert the picture to a google doc.
Place a full heading on the doc and do the following:

1. Type (double spaced) an explanation of why you decorated your mask the way
you did. You should include why you chose any symbols, pictures or materials. Be
as complete as possible in your explanation, making sure that you are referencing
the results of your 3 assessments. If you need help, go to the internet (reliable
sites) and get any additional help explaining your results.
2. Write a short statement analyzing your results. Agree? Disagree? Why? Why not?
Keep in mind, these assessments are pretty good, but not administered by a
Psychologist in a clinical setting as they would be normally. Be open minded and
have fun!
