1. Introduction
 With the current global Covid-19 pandemic situation, many countries have
had social distancing orders, so users can't leave their homes to go to the
store or focus or simply want to improve the device. Your laptop or pc is
more optimized to serve many different purposes.
 The user cannot go to the center of the store to present his problem with the
device in use.
 More simply, users want to optimize the laptop for gaming or graphic
design, sometimes the store staff cannot provide it, but need knowledge
from many different sources.
 Focus, provide, contribute some common knowledge, provide tips to many
different types of users about Laptop and PC.

Knowledge and skills acquired during previous studies play a major role in
problem formulation and problem-solving:
 The knowledge gained in the process is the information, knowledge, tips ...
from the users themselves to offer different solutions, in addition, this is a
model towards the Connect in the community to help each other with
different problems in the same field.
Through the project to help improve skills in electronic devices, especially
laptops and PCs.

Describe their advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of design
requirements of the project: This project is made to help users who have
difficulty using a laptop or computer at home but can't go out in the dark.

4. Engineering Approach (including solution alternatives)
Currently, technology is developing more and more people use it, but in
terms of understanding and solving the risk for the laptop or PC they are using,
only a few people can solve it. . Therefore, we recommend a user support
system to help those who need to be updated with news or can buy a laptop or
PC suitable for their study and work. In addition, it also provides more
understanding of the failures of each type of machine, techniques, reviews and
tips to help choose the right machine and how to fix the error when using it
without going to a service center. consultation and maintenance.

5. Tasks and Deliverables

 Scope: In the territory of Vietnam, temporarily will only support
provinces and cities with high demand density, depending on the job
needs and user age.
 Tasks to be completed, tasks to be carried out:
- Statistics on the types of laptops and computers most purchased and used by
users
- Regularly update operating systems and errors of that operating system.
- Summary of errors that users often encounter when using.
- Synthesize the latest news about technology news, science, reviews, tips,
