Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis (female)

Finding

Liver

Is normal size with the normal parenchymal pattern. No focal mass lesion . No intra hepatic billiary
dilatation .Normal caliber of CBD portal as hepatic veins are patent

Gallbladder

Is of normal size having normal wall thickness with no calculus formation.

Pancreas

Is of normal size with parenchymal echopattern.

Spleen

Is of normal size with on evidence of any focal lesion.

Kidneys

Both kidneys are of normal size with normal crotical thickness and well preserved cortico medullary
demarcation . No cyst mass calculus or hydronephrsis is seen.

Urinary bladder

Urinary bladder is adequately filled and shows normal contours and wall thickness. No mass or calculus
seen.

Uterus

Is normal in size with hetrogenous myometrium, with IUCD in place

Ovaries

No adneacal pathology is noted

General Abdomen

No ascites / para-aortic hymhpadenopathy seen.
