For the improvement of your developments needs must focus in 3 observables priority indicators such as 1, 5 and 7. You need to accept
changes and apply technical assistance, coaching and mentoring given to you. Apply all the programs and activities planned by the school,
accept positive feedbacks and learnings from seminars, FGD, webinars and other professional development. As newly teacher you must
undergo Teacher Induction Program (TIP) so please continue answering those activities sending to our FB. Self - educate is very important so
please give enough time to learn in what I have posted in our FB. How did you apply your intervention to your learners to show their
improvement better and for your teaching and learning? You need to learn their language and culture so you can be providing any
supplementary materials or any local learning materials that you made that aligned in MELCs and in your lessons.
