1 Flow test by using nitrogen or dry gas should be done .

2 Each room and raised floor shall be air tight and room integrity test shall be done

3 Interface with HVAC and Fire alarm systems is not done.

4 Room and raised floor zones are activited in the same time and are not seperated

5 All room opening shall be sealed with fire rated sealant

6 Pressure discharge switch shall be installed

7 Check valve should be installed at every flexible hose exit to the manifold .

8 The floor of the cylinders enclosure should be finished and to be flat floor

9 Every cylinder should has its own bracket and do not join two bracket to each other.

10 Pipes through wall should be within sleeve and fire rated sealant .

11 The weight of the cylinder should be checked

12 The used groove couplings are not approved materials

13 Some of used supports are not approved materials

14 The installed pipes are not the approved materials

15 Some of used tie-rods are rusted

16 The used Teflon is not the same type mentioned in approved test procedure

17 Level and routing of pipes are not matching with approved drawings so approval subjected providing the approved updated calculation and drawings

18 The piping painting is very bad and thickness of painting should be checked

19 Some of the raised floor zone nozzels are obstructed.

20 The orientation of raised floor zone nozzels to be adjusted

21 The sand blasting of pipes is not done

22 The room cylinders should be supported by two brackets .

23 Some of nozzles are knocked

24 Coordination with other dicipline is under contractor responsibility

25 Contractor should submit (MIR) for Nozzels ,flexible&Pneumatic hose , electric&pneumatic&manual actuators

26 Final Approval subjected to civil defense approval
