Note:
• Any work more than discussed will be charged extra
• Supply of Equipments are client scope
• The shift is considered as 10 Hrs. only, inclusive of lunch & tea breaks
• Replacement of Spares / Supply of Spares will be charged Extra.
• Calibration of Governor, Fuel Pump, Actuator, etc. will be charged Extra.
• Any Repairing & Machining Job will be charged Extra.
• If any installed re work will be charge extra. As per the crew/material agreed price and
without written information /or via PO Calex will not undertake the said job.

Client Scope (Kanoo)

• Plant ID’s & Security Clearance for our Team members, Vehicles & equipments that are working
on Site.
• Issuing of PO with all Terms & conditions as per the quotation
• Issuing of ID’s / Safety Orientations etc.
• Emergency first Aid/Medical assistance at site
• Supply of Equipments
• Issuing of work permit, Fire Watch, safety officer etc.
• Scaffolding, lighting and lifting arrangements, if required.
• Client should provide all the readings, Drawings, work scope, etc, before mobilization of tools.
• power supply will be provide at site
• Floor space and lay down area for our machines
• Welding support that may be required
• Job will be execute under the guidance of Kanoo supervisor/Engg.
• Supply of engine oil gauges etc.
• Final Generator load test

Our (Calex) Scope

• All required manpower shall be provided by Calex(MIC)

• Change engine oil.
• Change engine oil filters and diesel filters
• Check starting system and fix minor problems.
• Check radiators and coolant and repair minor issues.
• Mechanical protection to be checked and tested.
• Check jacket water.
• Check lubrication oil system and repair minor issues
• Check all mechanical gauges and replace defective gauges, supplied by client
• Check diesel fuel lines and fix leakage
• Check Governor performance during load test
• Adjust valve clearance.
• Radiators cleaning from rust.
• Lubrication pipe for turbo chargers need to be replace O-ring s.
• Alternator belt inspection and tightens.

Payment Terms

• 40% as advance along with PO and remaining as progressive / Monthly Invoice and it will be

cleared immediately with-in 30 days of submission of invoice

• Procurement for the Required spares will be 100% Advance

General terms & Conditions

• Work Order / PO to be issued in the prior to Mobilization and the offer is valid for 15 Days.

• Mobilization Period: 03 days after the P O along with advance payment and subject to

availability of Man power / Technicians at the time of confirmation.

• Work Order to be issued in the name of M/s Mechanical Industrial Co. Ltd. (Calex)

• No Guaranty/warranty for the Supplied Spares from CALEX, it is back to back

Guaranty/warranty as per the supplier or Manufacturer.

• Any low productivity in the site should be discussed & resolved with CALEX operation manager

or site supervisor at the same time

• Once it's signed & agreed CALEX will issue the monthly invoice based on the progressive sheet.

• CALEX shall follow a Standard Operating Procedure (Kanoo) developed by itself.

• Under no circumstances will CALEX accept any liability for loss or damage, consequential or

otherwise caused by used or misuse of the Test Results. CALEX liability is strictly limited to

the testing fee charged for the inspection in question, in case of proven negligence by

CALEX.

• In case of cancellation of order by the client for any reasons, all costs incurred including

incidental expenses, if any, shall be chargeable to the client

• If within thirty days from PO/Contract signing between CALEX and the client, and no job

request is made by the client CALEX has the right to revise the prices contained in the PO with

notice to the client, giving consideration to the current market situation

This proposal shall constitute an offer to provide the services described above. A written purchase

order incorporating this proposal and Conditions, or a signed acceptance of this proposal

referencing a purchase order number is required before start of the work. Any such purchase order

may not contain modifying or additive terms or condition and Mechanical Industrial Co. Ltd.

(CALEX) will not, and shall not have any obligation to proceed except on the basis of this proposal

and the Standard Terms and Conditions.
