WELCOME REMARKS

(Nicole Campos – NSTP President Class 2021)

The pandemic has brought us various experiences in the field of education and these
challenges have tested our patience and our endurance that no matter what circumstance we
might be it, we will emerge resilient and overcoming. Good day everyone. This moment has
provided me with the opportunity to express how grateful we are that finally, our efforts have
paid off and have given us the courage to continue and learn.
It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you all to this special occasion. Today, is a
special day for every student of NSTP because it is a celebration of our first success on
cooperation in doing our duty as an NSTP students. This batch has encountered a lot of
difficulties in surviving our life as students due to COVID-19. We tried our best and with the
guidance and direction of Ms. Jennifer P. Salinas, the NSTP Coordinator, we become successful
in this stage of learning. To help others especially during the time of pandemic and in situations
that need help is one of the few life lessons that we have learned. Studying online is never easy,
but look at us now, we made it to the finals!
This is a day for us students of NSTP – a day that we are waiting for and also for our
parents, therefore let us enjoy and keep the lesson what we learned from the activities that we
have been exposed to. To our parents, let this be a moment to inspire us more and be a beacon of
hope that someday we will successfully finish our college education.
