GRADUATE SCHOOL PROJECTS

 As a project for the course “Applications in Electromagnetics and Acoustics”, I wrote an algorithm in MATLAB
to detect an object’s movement and displacement from the original location, from a single tone being played
from the object, using array processing method and to estimate the next location based on the speed of the
object.
 As a project for the course “Acoustics”, I wrote an algorithm in MATLAB for projecting the underwater sound
traveling trajectory based on Munk sound speed profile as an alternative to Bellhop program in FORTRAN.

 As the TA for the course “Fourier Analysis”, by using a Labjack U3-HV device, I developed an algorithm in
MATLAB for real time sound analysis, including frequency analysis resulting in generating the spectrogram of
the signal to characterize and analyse the sound

 For the course “Advanced Image Processing”, I wrote an algorithm to detect any moving object in consequent
images and to determine the new location of the object in the image.

 As a project I collected the data from a gyroscope sensor on a movement monitoring device, using the Epson
Pro-Six robot arm and calculated the frequency response of the gyroscope.
