Manipulation from an early age

Few of us realize how much advertising influences children. As we well know, kids are much more
susceptible to any manipulation. The documentary "Manipulation from an early age" perfectly shows
the scale of the problem and the different techniques used.

I watched this movie yesterday. I found it very interesting so I want to share it with you. The lecturer
talked about the various techniques used when advertising products for children. One of them was,
for example, advertising toys by characters from fairy Tales and using Wright, happy colors. Various
real-life situations were presented here too. There was this one situation when a child hit a parent
after he refused to buy him a toy that he had seen in a commercial. One scene that I remember the
most and was the most shocking was the one where the father had been saving money for a long
time and the child stole it to buy the thing he saw on TV.

Of course, there were many other situations in the movie. After watching this documentary, I noticed
what I hadn't paid attention to before. Until then, I didn't think how big the problem was. I believe
that advertisements should not be targeted at children as it is harmful and disturbs their worldview.
It can also lead to aggression or disobedience towards their parents

In conclusion, advertising aimed at children should be prohibited or strictly limited. This would allow
the children to grow up properly.
