Specific Duties and Responsibiliti

1. Provide general support and assistance to Safety Officer and Factory Manager.
To assist the Company complying with current health and Safety legislation and / or regulation with the
objectiveof ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health
of employees, contractor and visitors,
. To Assist the Health and Safety Officer and Health and Safety Manager with Health and Safety monitoring
activities.
Assist the Health and Safety Officer and Manager with the management of Fire Safety and Environmental
throughout the buildings.
Is. Assist in Health and Safety audits and produce audit reports and follow up any actions.
Je. Provide clerical support to Environmental and Health and Safety Committee and implement safety activities
to create Environmental and Occupational, Safety & Health awarness among employees,
Implementation of Operational Emergency Response Procedures & assist of conducting Fire Evacuation Exercise.
3. Responding , investigating and report on all accidents or injuries occur in the workplace,
To respond to employees' safety concerns and conduct safety inspection of workplace and company facility.
10, Liaise closely with the Facilities Management team to manage issues relating to the facilities service, fire
safety equipment and safety audit non-compliances.
l11. To arrange for Occupational Safety & Health testing and/or evaluations of the workplace by external
agencies/consultants as may be necessary.
112. To act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies.
13. Enforcement for Safety & Health and Environment.
1.4, Review and record the First Ald Kits and spill kit provision across Redwood sites.
15, Audit Safety & Health complience at workplace.
16, Update HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control).
17, Review relevant safety signage within Production and Yard Warehouse and Hostel areas.
18, Prepare Monthly & Annual Report pertaining Environmental (DOE), Safety & Health, JKKP and etc. report
‘to management or government enforcement departments.
119, To motivate employees to conduct activities in safe responsible and proactive manner and to ensure
policies are followed.
20. To coordinate registration and removal of Hazardous Waste.
