for three-years during which time I have supervised her and worked directly with her daily.
Chalysa worked as an Office Assistant and a Behavior Technician for Bella Vista Behavior
Services, LLC an in-home ABA agency in which time she excelled at her job. Chalysa
demonstrates a positive attitude towards the families, the clients, and coworkers.

I am confident that Chalysa will devote herself and all her energy to meet the job requirements in
your organization. She quickly acquired the skills needed to work in the Bella Vista
environment. Chalysa learned and demonstrated effectively how to collect data, update progress
on goals, teach individualized programing to clients, and follow Applied Behavior Analysis
procedures. She also, updated schedules for staff and clients, answered emails, and phone calls
from clients and staff. Ms. Chalysa has demonstrated the ability to articulate and follow
information in both the verbal and written forms. She reports that she is interested in further
understanding how children struggle to learn and to develop skills to help them overcome those
difficulties.
