1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The business that we make is engaged in entrepreneurship that sells local specialty snacks that we named "Kleponan Kuy".
Klepon or kelepon is a kind of traditional Indonesian food that is included in the market snacks group. Made from glutinous rice
flour which is formed like small balls filled with brown sugar then boiled in boiling water and then served with grated coconut.
The shape is unique and the taste is unique namely sugar that melts when eaten.

The location that we took for selling at the intersection at SMA Negeri 3 Tambun Selatan. The taste of klepon is no less
enjoyable with the taste of klepon that is usually sold in traditional markets. By packaging it more interesting, and paying close
attention to the ingredients in the manufacturing process, the klepon business belonging to group 5 shows more the unique taste of
the klepon.

3. HOW TO MAKE PRODUCTS
Here are the tools and materials that we use in making klepon:
Material :
1. Glutinous Rice Flour (500 grams)
2. Coconut milk (1 small pack)
3. Salt (1 teaspoon)
4. Food coloring (3 colors)
5. Fill in enough
6. Grated and steamed coconut
Tool:
1. Pan (2 pieces)
2. Strainer (1 piece)
3. Cup + lid (50 pieces)
4. Trays (3 pieces)
5. Cutting board + knife
6. Grated chocolate

Steps to make a klepon:
1. Prepare a clean container to knead the dough.
2. Enter glutinous rice flour and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour the coloring water little by little, pour while continuing to
stir. Then pour 150 ml of mineral water little by little and add coconut milk pour while continuing to stir.
3. Take a little batter, flatten, and give a little brown sugar that has been combed before.
4. Form the dough into balls.
5. Repeat points 3 and 4 until the dough runs out.
6. Boil 1 liter of water, wait until it boils.
7. Insert the klepon that has been formed. Wait until the klepon floats.
8. While waiting for the klepon to cook, prepare the grated coconut. Mix the grated coconut with enough sugar and salt.
9. Drain the klepon that has floated. Then roll or sprinkle the klepon with grated coconut.
10. Klepon is ready to be served. It's better to eat while still warm.

1. PROMOTION
Promotional activities that we do include:
• Open pre-orders through social media
We create a kleponan kuy Instagram account and distribute posters online on social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Offer directly to consumers
We also offer direct word of mouth and fellow residents of SMAN 3 Tambun Selatan.
2. SALES ACTIVITIES
We do sales activities for 2 days, namely Monday - Tuesday, 10-11 February 2020. In the first sale, we got 64 orders. Then on
the second day, we sell around and open orders get 56 orders
