Dear Respected Parents

Alhamdulillah our kindergarten has been proactively establishing the Standard Operating

Procedure (SOP) and guidelines in preparing our center to receive your children back.

The Little Caliphs daycare centres also appear to be adopting a cautious approach by

preparing the SOPs for; The Center, Parents and Cleaning Guidelines.

Role of the parents and guardian becomes an important factor in order to make sure Little

Caliphs Day Care is always secure. Therefore, your concern and cooperation are highly

appreciated.

There are a few importance things that need to be concerned as following:

1. Read, understand and follow the guidelines provided

2. Observe with full respect the operating time of the center ie 7.30 am to 6.00 pm
3. Send your children with full understanding of the risks involved;
4. The kindergarten shall not be responsible for any risk of infection, should there be,
which may arise during your children's stay at our center.
5. Parents hereby agree to protect Little Caliphs center and its owners, affiliates,
employees for any liability, claim, suit, expenses or loss arising from your child's
attendance at our center.
6. If there is any discussion and enquiries, parents shall communicate with the Principals of
your child’s kindergarten.
7. If your child/ children is suspected to have any health problems, parents or guardians
are required to fetch your child/ children in less than 1 hour for follow-up treatment.
8. If there is a confirmed case in the center, Parents will comply with the need of center
closure for 7 days for disinfection work.

both parties when all guidelines above are completely followed.

We undertake on behalf of ourselves to protect the center and its owners, affiliates,

employees for any liability, claim, suit, expenses or loss arising from our child attendance at

your center. The protection covers especially the spreading of any statement with regards to

the incident via all media, specifically Facebook.
