How to make peanut chips

You will need:
Ingredients:
- 150 gram rice flour
- 455 c thin coconut milk from ¼ half aged coccnut
- 14 cloues garlic
- 1 table spoon of dry roasted
 - Coriander seeds
- 1 level tea spoon of salt
- 12 lime leaves
- 300 grams peanuts (choose the dry ones)
- 600 cc oil for frying
Equipments
1. Mixing bowl
2. 1 table spoon
3. 1 small pan
4. 1 soup ladle

What to do:
1. First : grind garlic coriander, salt, and lime leaves together.
2. Then …. Mix flour , coconut milk, and ground ingredients, stir well.
3. Now prepare a small pan, add frying oil and heat it over a medium flame
4. Take one soup ladle full of dough and one table spoon of peanuts and put it in to the pen.
5. Press to make it a flat round form.
6. Fry until brownish
