Little kids - For children of ALL ages. Themes and elements of programs under this rating
are specifically designed for a very young audience, including children from ages 2-6.

rating may include mild fantasy, violence or comedic violence. May not be suitable for
very young children.

Teens - Parents strongly cautioned. Contains one or more of the following: intensely
suggestive dialogue, strong coarse language, intense sexual situations, or intense
violence. May be unsuitable for pre-teens under the age of 14. Parental monitoring is

not) You need to remove 1 device that is registered to make way for the new one you
intend to connect.

Check out the DEVICE REQUIREMENTS here.

41.How do I register a device?

They're sometimes small and sometimes large. The total size of a TV show or movie
varies from title to title, depending on the length of the episode or movie and depending
on the quality at which you stream. The better the quality of your connection, the better
the quality of stream we will jam down your pipe. As a rough benchmark, a 90 minute
movie will require approximately 700MB (Megabytes).

If you are concerned with your data usage limits, we suggest you consult with your ISP
(Internet Service Provider) or Mobile operator to determine your data allowance and
whether it is appropriate to use with the iflix streaming service.

continuous iflix subscription.

50.What should I do when I see the "Well this is embarassing.." error

message?
You’re having video playback problems? Binge-watching came to a screeching halt? No
worries, we’ll help you get through it.

Some tips:
1. First, we'll need to see if there's something up with your connection and/or your
player and we can't do that unless you PLAY. First, play another iflix tv show or movie on
your laptop. If that works, see if you can still play a video when you connect to a
different network. And if that works, try streaming other videos and see how that pans
out.
2. Have you been keeping up with the latest version of iflix? Be sure that your app has
been updated to the latest version – that’s currently 1.1.10 for Android and 1.1.2 (32)
for iOS. That might just work out all the kinks.
3. If all else fails, give our specialists a holler at support@iflix.com. They’re going to need
your sign-in email and screenshots of your “About” page in the “My Account” menu.
Plus, go ahead and send them the make and model of your device too.
