ANSWER
On rare occasions the CS Package may not contain all the MCU logs that are needed to investigate an issue. Under such circumstances the
logs can be collected manually using the procedure below:
Elite 6000 folders
MCU folder (#Elite_6000_MCU)
MVP folder (#Elite_6000_MVP)
MAP folder (#Elite_6000_MAP)
Video DSP folder (#Elite_6000_video_DSP)
Audio DSP folder (#Elite_6000_Audio_DSP)
System folder (#Elite_6000_System)
ICS folder (#Elite_6000_ICS)
Elite 5000 folders
MCU folder (#Elite_5000_MCU)
MVP folder (#Elite_5000_MVP)
Video DSP folder (#Elite_5000_Video_DSP) (5230 Video DSP Folder (#Elite_5230_DSP) )
Audio DSP folder (#Elite_5000_Audio_DSP)
System folder (#Elite_5000_System)
Procedure:
1. Connect to the MCU using WinSCP with the login credentials of:
User: cs
Password: RvSupport
2. Navigate to the MCU and MVP folders according to the path details below:
Elite 6xxx MCU folder: /mnt/entry/log/Common/Logs/Mcu/Logs
Elite 5xxx MVP folder (connect via the MVP IP address with WinSCP on Elite 5230): /mnt/cf0p2/Logs/Mvp
Note: Important for Video related issues
3. For Video related issues it is sometimes needed to ask for the Video DSP logs. (in addition to MVP logs)
Elite 6000 folder: /mnt/app/log/Common/Logs/Dsp/Archive
Elite 5230 please access the MVP IP, same folder at Elite5xxx
4. For Audio related issues it is sometimes needed to provide for the Audio DSP logs. (in addition to MAP logs)
Elite 6000 folder: /mnt/app/log/Common/Logs/ADSP
5. For issues related Platform or Operating System it is sometimes needed to provide the Board system logs.
Elite 6000 folder: /mnt/app/log/Common/Logs/System
6. If the Elite 6000 ICS files are needed these can be collected from the following folder
Elite 6000 folder: /mnt/app/log/Common/Logs/Ics/Logs
7. Select all the necessary files (e.g. complete folder contents) and copy to the local PC

If not possible to connect with WinSCP please verify the Security mode on the MCU Elite 6000 or 5000, should be on Standard mode.
Go to: Configuration > Setup Locate the SECURITY section and select: Standard
