Manager As a manager it is my Duty and Responsibilities to manage the Business and

the Companynot only that but also to manage my people who work for me
because I know without these people a company is nothing. Also as a
manager I am the responsible for the Strategic Plan and I am the one who
deals with and do negotiation with another company.

But even if I already the manager I will also check my people especially those
in the Operational. As a responsible manager I will give my people a
Thirteenth Month Pay and Bonuses. I shall treat them right because if I get
the loyalty of my people and satisfied with my management they will remain
in my company. As a manager, we should take risks for making a Plan for the
better of our Company.

Inventory An Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing Incoming and Outgoing

Supplies/Products within a Business. As an Inventory must be Detail-Oriented
and have strong Clerical Skills to help them their Organization and Recording
Responsibilities. It must be good in Communication Skills for just in case
he/she might work with the customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

 Or Ordering the Necessary Raw Materials for a Business

 Responsible for receiving shipments on a loading dock
 Prepare reports for his/her supervisor relating to the Inventory

Sales The major task of a sales forecaster is to sell a company’s products by

advocating its good points. They are also responsible for ensuring that
customers are aware of all the promotions that are going on at that
particular time along with making sure that customers are led to their choice
of product. In large retail stores, new customers always become a tad
confuse as they do not know where to look for what they want. It is the duty
of a sales associate to ensure that each customers are directed where they
want to go. They may accompany customers to the correct aisle.
