AMAZON ACCOUNT CREATION
The first step is to watch all the videos available in VBC as they are very detailed
and will answer most of your questions. It is a crucial step which needs focused
attention. Everyone has a unique case which may require a unique solution.
Please write your complete case and post it in the ECBC FB Group, where Mr.
Sunny Ali (or any other experienced member) will guide you.

In order to sign up for account please consult with Mr. Arslan. He will guide you
on the process of signing up on Amazon.

Below are the documents/details you need to arrange to sign up for account:

1. Name of Individual

2. A new Email ID

3. Address, it should be same on each and every document that you going to
provide amazon for verification

4. Credit Card

5. Bank Account Details that includes: (a) Bank Account title

(b) Bank Routing Number

(c) Bank Account Number

6. Documents for verification, Amazon may ask any of these:

(a) Passport or Driving License

(b) Utility Bill

(c) Bank Statement or credit card statement

7. A working cellphone number that has never been used before on Amazon

In case of company account you need all the details on company account
mentioned above.
PRODUCT HUNTING
The first step is to watch all the videos on Product Hunting in VBC. Please do not
skip any video or any point as they are all extremely important and will answer
most of your concerns and queries.

If any question arises in your mind, post in the EC BC Facebook group so your
mentors and senior members can answer. Please do not call or send any
WhatsApp message to your mentors until and unless it is a question/concern that
cannot be discussed openly in the EC BC FB Group.

In order to send products for evaluation, please head over to


https://portal.k5.com.au and log in to your account.

Click on Add a Product and add all details related to your product. You need to
add 10 whole keywords’ data and then click on “Submit for Review” to submit the
product for initial and advanced review.

You will be allowed to have a maximum of 2 products under evaluation at any


given moment.

Once you receive approval after Advanced Review, you need to contact suppliers
on Alibaba and work on sourcing.
PRODUCT SOURCING
Start off by watching the videos in VBC on sourcing and start contacting suppliers
on Alibaba.

Once you get estimates, please use the data obtained to fill in the Sourcing
section in your product file on the portal. Once filled, please submit the data for
review. If data looks feasible and favorable, your product will be approved and
automatically sent for final approval to Mr. Sunny.

Once final approval from Mr. Sunny is obtained, you need to head over to Fiverr
and hire a professional to do a patent check on your product. If all goes well, you
may then create a 222 WhatsApp group.

Members to be added:
1. Mr. Sunny Ali

3. Mr. Muhammad Arslan
4. Mr. Hameer Ali

Immediately create a Dummy Listing and convert it to FBA.

You will now call samples from at least two suppliers to compare quality. Once
samples are received, please evaluate the samples thoroughly and finalize your
supplier.

At this stage before placing final order for your inventory, please start working on
Branding. Select the brand name and get the logo done immediately because the
supplier will need your logo as well.
LISTING CREATION
• Once you place your order with your supplier, immediately start working on
your listing

• Craft optimized content (Title, Bullet Points and Description)

• Make a list of at least 50 relevant keywords and use them in the sequence
below in your listing. The keywords with the highest search volume must be
used first
▪ Title
▪ Backend search terms
▪ Bullet points
▪ Description

• Start working on your images and get them designed at the earliest.
Request your supplier if they can make 1 unit with all your branding quickly
so you can share the product with the designer for the images

• At least 3-4 images must be 3D-rendered including the main image.


Remaining images must be a combination of lifestyle images and
infographics

Air-freight products:

Convert 222 group to 111 WhatsApp group 10 days before expected


completion date of production

Ocean-freight products:

Convert 222 group to 111 WhatsApp group when production is complete

Provide complete update to Mr. Arslan on production and listing status

UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT TO PROFESSIONAL PLAN BEFORE CREATING


SHIPMENT PLAN

CHECKLIST – All the following steps must be completed 15 days before inventory
is expected to reach Amazon FBA Warehouse

• Listing content must be ready (Optimized title, bullet points and


description)
• 7 – 9 images must be ready (3 – 4 images must be 3D-rendered including
main image and rest must be a combination of lifestyle images and
infographics)
• Finalize Keyword(s) for launch and the number of giveaways required
• Keywords for manual PPC campaign must be identified. Budgets must be
allocated for the manual campaign and Auto campaign
• Complete Hyper Launch setup (ManyChat and FB Ads)
LAUNCH
As soon as your inventory reaches FBA Warehouse, provide update in the 111
group and ask for further processing. Once the launch is up, You need to share all
these updates in 111 group Mr. Arslan will keep guiding you in 111 group
accordingly on next strategies.

YOU NEED TO PROVIDE UPDATES AT LEAST TWICE A DAY IN THE 111 GROUP.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ABANDONMENT FROM THE EC TEAM

You will have to link your Amazon account through MWS API to Helium10 for this.
Please add your top 10 keywords here AND highlight the keywords you are
working on as can be seen in the above screenshot

#4 – BSR/REVIEWS SOURCE: YOUR AMAZON LISTING

Right after screenshots, you MUST share past 5 days order summary as shown
below. You must specify how many orders were received through what medium.

7 June = 20 Orders - 0 PPC, 20 MC, O Organic

• You need to share all 4 screenshots every day. At least twice a day
• After sharing screenshots and past 5 days order summary, you need to
mention your Selling Price & Profit per unit, Current Inventory Level & Next
Inventory Date with every single update!!!
• PAKISTAN TIME : 1130 AM to 12PM noon
SCALING THE BUSINESS

Once you have successfully launched your first product, next part is scaling your

business.

• Add more products in your niche.

• Build your brand website. (You can build your brand website any time not

necessary doing at this stage)

• Build social media pages. (You can build your social media pages any time

not necessary doing at this stage)

• Use tools to check profitability. (Recommended tool is amzprofits.net)
