DISCRIMINATION:

Discrimination is an outside activity dependent on bias, including overlooking, rejection, dangers,


derision, defamation, and brutality.

Anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies make it clear that harassment and discrimination will
not be tolerated, and set standards and expectations for behaviour. An anti-harassment or anti-
discrimination policy should describe the types of behaviour that are discriminatory or harassing, and
send the message that these issues are taken seriously. The policy should also set out roles and
responsibilities. These human rights policies should be linked to existing organizational policies and
integrated into the way the organization operates on a daily basis. If I am hired as a as top
management in a Software Development Organization where male and female works together in same
environment and I am assign to develop Discrimination policies accordingly then:

DISCRIMINATION POLICIES:

I would make sure that employers can't discriminate based on race, religious creed, color, national
origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status,
sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age (40 and older), sexual orientation, or military or
veteran status, unless a permissible.

DISTINCTIONS BASED ON RACE AND/OR COLOUR:

If I am assigned to develop discrimination policy then I’ll make sure that no employ face
discrimination against their race or color. In numerous software development organization
discrimination to a great extent established in friendly and monetary variables that don't have any goal
premise. They ordinarily include discrimination against an ethnic gathering or native or ancestral
populace. So in our organization everybody will be given equivalent freedoms as indicated by their
abilities.

SEX DISCRIMINATION:

Sex discrimination incorporates differentiations made based on natural attributes and capacities that
recognize people; and based on friendly contrasts among people our organization doesn’t care about
what your gender is and you’ll be provided by equal rights.

RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION:

Work doesn’t know any religious boundary nor our organization. If anyone found guilty in doing
discrimination on the basis of religion will face serious consequences.

DISCRIMINATION BASED ON POLITICAL OPINION:

If you want to share political opinions feel free to do it but do remember we don’t believe in everyone
should have same political opinion as we don’t choose our employee base on what political group
they support.

If any employee found doing discrimination based on political opinion is not welcomed in our
organization.

SOCIAL ORIGIN:

In our organization no one is inferior to other on the basis of their social origin.

And if any employee feels inferior just because of the social origin then they should remember we
were the one who hired them and we will become the one who fired them.

AGE:

Work and skills has no age boundaries hence no junior should be discriminated when it comes to age
factor vs set of skills.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT:

Sexual harassment of any employee by any other employee is a special concern. Federal law defines
sexual harassment as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or
physical conduct of a sexual nature when:

• Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of


employment.

• Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as basis for employment decisions affecting the
individual.

• Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an employee’s work
performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
