1-improve breastroke leg action the front with float
2-improve treading water(30+ seconds) -25m kicking(breaststroke) on
Objectives: the back woth float
1-working on do less legs kick, focusing on a good Kicking from a push and glide
glide position on the front
2-be able to tread water in different ways -Treading water exercices:

4 Aims: -25 m front crawl, one arm
1-Improve front crawl arms action extended ,one arm pulls
2-improve streamlining Focusing on : high elbow
Objectives: -Push and glide on the front
1-swim 25 m Front/c single arm and log roll on the back half
2- excute log rolls in different ways way of the lengh
-Push and glide on th back and
log roll to front

5 Aims: 25m butterfly only legs
1-refine Butterfly legs action -Push, glide, underwater, only
2-refine different kind of floation kicking at last 5 m.
Objectives: Excute flotation in deep water
1-25 m butterfly only kicking one after the other
2- be able to float on the back, front, tuck float

6 Aims: -25 m, front c. one arm
1-improve front crawl breathing extended above the head, one
2-Treading water for 50 sec. harm to the side,every 6 kick,
Objectives: face and body turns to the side
1-swim 100 m front crawl to breathe
2-improve eggbeater -25 same exercise with the
other arm
-25mF/C bilateral breathing
-25mF/C unilateral breathing
-25m F/C with explosive
breathing
