I would like to recommend Amanda Estelita as a candidate for your available teaching position. I
have worked with Amanda for about a year now at Stock Farm Road Children’s Center where
she is a Teacher in a Discovery Preschool classroom.

Since Amanda began teaching at Stock Farm Road Children’s Center, she has shown her
eagerness to create an energy-filled, safe and adventurous environment for the children under
her care. When she transferred to this center, she helped prepare the entire center for a NAEYC
accreditation visit and went above and beyond in making sure she could help every room as
much as she could, alongside the fact that it was only her first day.

Amanda goes above and beyond in terms of planning activities not only for her classroom, but
for the children all throughout the center. For example, during St. Patrick’s Day, Amanda
prepared activities all along the breezeway for all children, infants thru preschool to enjoy. She
adapts to the needs of all children under her care and builds lasting relationships with families.
She is also always on top of health and safety! Amanda is a true advocate for all educators and is
very passionate about what she does for a living. She is filled with originality and creativity and
she inspires those who work around her.
