FOREWORD
Praise the presence of Allah SWT for His grace and guidance, we are able to produce
a new product of face Masks which is needed badly by many of people who is willing
to have best appearance. There are lots of competitors manufacture such product
but our’s are very specific since it has very competitive in price and has small
package so that it is very handcarry. One of important things that this products are
made from herbal in order to avoid contra indication or allergy. In this promotion
we invite a public figure who is very familiar to the community in South Tangerang
and her beauty appearance is always amaze ladies, she is Ayu Ting Ting

BACKGROUND
South Tangerang City, is a fast growing regional which are full of activities start from
education, economy, etc to religious one. Fface mask products made with organic
ingredients / herbal which are very popular with people nowadays, both men, and
women of all ages. This is due to the high number of facial problems experienced by
every community in South Tangerang.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The purpose and objective of the promotion are to promote our superior products
to consumers or the targeted public segment and not only to show the existence of
the product but also to help people overcome various problems experienced on
their faces.

IMPLEMENTATION METHOD

The Venue was taken place at the lobby of Plaza Bintaro, a very strategic place and it
has huge visitors every day. It is very easy to reach by various public transportation.
The promotion began at 11.00 am. At the time people start to come and visit the
Mall. It is held for two hours in order to give the visitors time to discuss their face
problems. The can also try the products for a prove and to be retell to others aboiut
her experience.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Activity Implementation
The activity, which was supposed to start at 11.00 am had to be begun a bit earlier
since lots of visitors who want to discuss their problems with the beauty influencer
and their favourite singer Ayu Ting Ting.

Activities run effectively only about 50%, because since pandemic is still going on so
that visitors who came to the Mall did not spend much time for visiting. But the
existence of a demonstration of the use of masks by beauty influencers made the
activity even more interesting.

CLOSING
The event was closed by giving samples to those who seem interesting in the
product.

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS


Conclusion
This activity has been running well, although there have been various obstacles
during its implementation.
Suggestions
This activity is good to get input directly from the customers so that once in a year
must be scheduled such event.
