Sir,
I feel pleasure in introducing our institute which came into existence in 2017 under the
Department of Technical Education, Govt. Of Himachal Pradesh and presently running two B. Tech.
courses in Electrical and Civil Engineering respectively and likely to start two more B. Tech courses in
Mechanical and Computer science & Engineering from 2021-22 session. This institution has been setup
to cater the need of the industries in particular hydro-power sectors of the country with the active
participation in decision making, curriculum design and financial support of National Thermal Power
Corporation Ltd. and National Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. The institution is being setup at Bandla,
Bilaspur and the construction work is under process. Presently the classes are running at RGGEC,
Kangra at Nagrota Bagwan. The institute is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Technical University
Hamirpur.
To develop the technical skills of the students and as per the curriculum requirement, we need
to impart the special skills training to our students apart from our regular curriculum. Yours being the
premier organization, we would be highly obliged, if you can kindly provide the opportunity for our
following 6th semester Civil Engineering students to undergo 4 -6 Weeks Industrial training program in
your organization from June to 10 July 2021, as per your terms and conditions.
