While rotis made with wheat flour are already good
for you, adding flax seeds to the dough makes them
even more nutritious. Flax seeds have a lot of vitamin
BI, B6, and other minerals, which can improve your
blood sugar and protein levels. The nutty flavor of the
flax seeds in the flour also makes it tastier. Add
2 tablespoons flax seed powder, & teaspoon cumin
seeds, and a pinch of salt to % cup atta. Knead the
mixture with 1 tablespoon ghee and % cup water.
Cover and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before
