Hypothetical company introduction


Strivous is a company that is entitled to make solar incubators in Pakistan specifically in rural
areas where there is no electricity.
Mission:
“To provide cost-effective, portable (moveable) and solar-powered infant incubator to save the
life of the little ones”
We want to manufacture high-quality and cost-effective incubators in Pakistan which are specially
designed for areas that are not connected to the national grid station and don’t have high-class
health facilities.

Vision:
“To dramatically enhance the health and wellness of community we serve.”

Strivous had different departments that are working together to achieve their goals. However
sectors which are under our consideration are service and technical sectors and the respective
jobs within them. Later, in this report, the job analysis, its purpose, methods of job analysis are
discussed.

Purpose of conducting job analysis


Job analysis is the systematic process of determining the skills, duties, and knowledge required for
performing jobs in an organization. The purpose of conducting job analysis is:
• To prepare job specifications and descriptions to further evaluate a job.
• To hire right amount of worker at right time at a right place with the right skills.
There are several methods of conducting job analysis, which are:
• Observation
• Interviews
• Questionnaires
• Group interviews
• Employee recording
The job analysis presented below is combination of jobs are two different sectors:
• Service sector (administrative assistant and customer service representative)
• Technical sector (mechanical technician and maintenance engineer)

The main reason of advertising is recruitment so we can term it as recruitment advertising which
is the way of spreading news about new recruitment process by different media varying from
newspapers to external agencies.
The main purpose of recruitment advertising is to attract most suitable candidate for filling the
position, however extent of job advertisement depends upon costs of relocation , recruitment
budget etc.
The needs for advertisement channel for recruitment may change according to the trend of
technology from time to time. In order to find the most suitable method, a lot of marketing strategy
research are required to be done. There some advertisement channels that might be suitable for job
recruitment as listed in the following table:

Local newspaper • It has classifies job section so it is easy for job seeker to
find their next move.
• It is good if recruitment is needed to be filled by locals.
• One of the shortcomings is nowadays mostly people
don’t read newspapers.

Online job board • Job Boards are search engines that


display job openings. There are many job boards that
are use i.e. indeed, glass door etc.
• It has a wide reach, everyone can reach it easily.
• It can be hard for recruiters because through job boards
they can be inundated with resumes.
Company • The chance of right candidate to be attracted is higher.
website/newsletter • It also give chance for internal organization’s
employee to apply if they don’t already know about
vacancy.
• Also the people who are involved in respective
industry will spread the word.
Social media • It is one of the most used channel, if company had
Facebook page, twitter a large of pool candidates is
attracted towards them.
• However, LinkedIn a professional network is used to
spread word about vacancy, also encourage colleagues
to share the ad to their networks too.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer care and maintaining strong customer
relationships via phone and other media. Communicates changes in customer delivery schedules
and routing, including deadline and delivery timings. Main in compliance with stabled
performance metrics that support the desired customer experience and assisting in ovulating data
into CRM.

Qualification required:
• Graduation related to field
• Experience of 1 year , familiarity with CRM systems or call Centre

We’re hiring MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
At STRIVOUS!!!

We are seeking to recruit a passionate, results focused and operations minded individual to join
team as Maintenance Engineer.
The individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance and repair of
building systems but not limited to ventilating, electrical systems etc.
Qualification required:
• Bachelors in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 4-5 years of work experience as maintenance engineer
• Knowledge of EPA or OSHA guidelines
