The main reason of advertising is recruitment so we can term it as recruitment advertising which
is the way of spreading news about new recruitment process by different media varying from
newspapers to external agencies.
The main purpose of recruitment advertising is to attract most suitable candidate for filling the
position, however extent of job advertisement depends upon costs of relocation , recruitment
budget etc.
The needs for advertisement channel for recruitment may change according to the trend of
technology from time to time. In order to find the most suitable method, a lot of marketing strategy
research are required to be done. There some advertisement channels that might be suitable for job
recruitment as listed in the following table:

We’re hiring MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
At STRIVOUS!!!
We are seeking to recruit a passionate, results focused and operations minded individual to join
team as Maintenance Engineer.
The individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance and repair of
building systems but not limited to ventilating, electrical systems etc.
Qualification required:
• Bachelors in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 4-5 years of work experience as maintenance engineer
• Knowledge of EPA or OSHA guidelines
• Familiar with reliability and maintenance principles such as TPM, RCM.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and heating systems.
• Ability to read system schematics
• Ability to work with heavy equipment
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
• Travelling to client locations for equipment inspection
• Removing old equipment and installing new
• Responding to customer call out
• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
• Proving technical support and training on new equipment
• Shift and 'on-call' work may be required
