Hello, neighbor, bother, or sister

Today My name is Phu and I'm everyone's new neighbor. For the
upcoming 30/4 holiday, my family has prepared a meal to welcome
everyone to come over and have fun, get to know each other, and eat
together. My family, on the other hand, has just been here for a week
and doesn't know anything about the area. We hope everyone is glad to
help us, and we would want to show our thanks. Furthermore, our family
has a little musical passion; there is a piano, everyone can dance
together, and if there is a speaker, we have more fun and understand
each other. We look forward to your family's attendance on April 30th at
19:00 pm, hope everyone can make it, and thank you again. We'd prefer
to stop writing here, but we'll keep talking that night.
