Dear Mr Gong Xiaoming

According to our Agreement, total amount payable by you is USD 100,000.00 (US dollar one
hundred thousand) only to the Joint-Venture company.

For encashment certificate from the Joint Stock Company Registration Authority of Bangladesh
USD 5,000/- (US dollar five thousand) only has to be deposited by you to the Joint Venture Bank
account.

This amount will be considered as start-up capital from your end and is adjustable from your
total payable amount.
