DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Working on Primavera Software


 Preparation & dealing with site work like WIR (Work Inspection Request), MIR (Material
Inspection Request), Site Memo, Testing Record, CPR, Document Submittal, SWI, NCR, As
Built. etc
 Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and handling other tasks as
Team Leader.
 Preparing transmittals on PCM for Consultant approval.
 Worked on Micro Soft Excel & Word on daily basis; fulfilled the requirement of the
engineers on daily basis; prepared document controller forms as per project procedure and
as instructed by Engineers.
 Arrangement of Maintained official records with systematic order. Receiving of all
Incoming Correspondence / Documents from Consultant and all other Sub Contractors.
 Monitoring E-mails and their systematic transmitting/distribution.
 Developing and implementing processes related to document control and management;
checking quality of documents and monitoring processes.
 Responsible for controlling documentation, drawings and overall filling, system of the
project as per company standard.
 Distributed action logs on weekly basis to the Engineers, (CDT, DDT, MTS, RFI, NCR,ADT
general documents submittal log); carried out daily follow up with the stake holders for the
pending submittals in the submittals log.
 Held bi-weekly DC Issue meeting with the Consultant and Contractor to finalize the
outstanding documents, such as discussing the pending issues, open issue, under review,
action issues, no of days.
 Follow up with Consultant for outstanding submittals status.
 Maintained documents of the company in accordance with the
 Procedure of established publication department.
 Handled the tasks of scanning and indexing documents and manuals
 In to the electronic filing systems & Handled other tasks as assigned.
 Responsible for identifying and solving routine problems.

 Accounts Payable- in charge of all payments i.e. cash payments & payments by Cheques.
 Responsible & over sees all reconciliations for suppliers as well as bank accounts
reconciliation.
