All the Students of BE- II year (IIIrd & IVth Semester) admitted in Session 2019-20 are hereby
informed that, Students interested to Change the Branch in BE- IInd year, are required to Send
the Attached Form and an undertaking of Parents along with the Marksheets of
BE- Ist and IInd Semesters, your admission slip and Fee Reciept of B.E. IInd Year
(IIIrd & IVth Semester) in Single pdf file to the email “buit1997admission@gmail.com” latest
by date: 26/05/2021, day: Wednesday till 3:00 pm.
Note: (i) The Branch Change will be done on the Merit Basis of BE-I year result (CGPA).
(ii) Branch wise vacant positions will be informed later.
(iii) Branch Change will be done against the Vacant Seat Available in the Specific
Branch.
(iv) The Final Date of Branch Change / Allotment will be announced later.
(v) Parent’s Consent & Undertaking regarding branch change is must, without it
none of the candidature will be entertained.
(vi) The process of Branch Change will be done online.
(vii) Extra classes will be not held for the Changed Branch.

छात्रों को सूचचत ककया जाता है कक, बीई-द्ववतीय वर्ष में ब्ांच बदलने के इच्छुक छात्रों
को एकल पीडीएफ में बीई-प्रथम और द्वितीय सेमेस्टर की माककशीट, प्रिेश की रसीद ,
बी.ई. द्वितीय िर्क (III और IV-सेमेस्टर) की फीस रसीद और माता-वपता की
सहमतत और िचनबद्धता पत्रक के साथ संलग्न फॉमक ईमेल

को दोपहर 3;00 बजे तक आवश्यक रूप से भेजे।
नोट:
(i) ब्ांच पररवतषन पूर्त
ष : बीई- प्रर्म वर्ष के परीक्षा पररर्ाम (सीजीपीए) की मेररट के
आधार पर ककया जाएगा।
(ii) ब्ांच वार ररक्त पदों की सूचना बाद में दी जाएगी।
(iii) अपेक्षक्षत ब्ांच में उपलब्ध ररक्त सीट के ववरुद्ध ही ब्ांच पररवतषन ककया जाएगा।
(iv) ब्ांच पररवतषन/आवंटन की अंततम ततचर् बाद में घोवर्त की जाएगी।
(v) ब्ांच पररवतषन के संबंध में माता-वपता की सहमतत और वचनबद्धता आवश्यक है ,
इसके बबना ककसी की भी उम्मीदवारी नहीं मानी जाएगी।
(vi) ब्ांच पररवतषन की प्रकिया ऑनलाइन की जाएगी।
(vii)पररवततषत ब्ांच के ललए कोई भी अततररक्त कक्षाएं आयोजजत नहीं की जाएंगी।
