How far will it reach?
Many a soul shudders at the mere thought
of crossing the Mississippi Vasts, and with
very good reason. The distortions occurred
within those unending swaying waves have
caused more loss to live and property than
the Jagged Coasts themselves. But now, a
new concern is not to be ignored: There
may be undead in those waters.
It is true that the rest of the continent is

for untold disasters.

the Western sides.
Although the current Council of Faith are
preoccupied with keeping landmasses safe,
it is about time we considered the water
masses that are also being affected the
Undead Insurgence. First, land. Next, our
life-giving waters. What will be next, and is

Recipe for Fish Loops: Start with fresh fish (cod or ling), and dry
it covered in salt for roughly a week of good weather. Once fully
dried, cover in ocean water for 3 days to prepare it for the lye
solution. Lye can be obtained from your local alchemist. Place
the rehydrated fish in the lye solution (2 parts lye, 1 part vinegar),
until the fish turns into a jelly like substance. However, this is not
the end of the process for the fish, particularly as, at this stage, it
could kill anyone that eats it. So, following the lye soaking, the
fish is then soaked in fresh water for around a week.
The result can be molded into rings and placed on a plate with
beet garnishments. Fish Loops are well known for their strong
smell, which has seen it earn the nicknames of ‘weapon of mass
destruction’, ‘skunk poison’ and ‘fork destroyer’. Rir Krel states
