Presentation:

Concerning the state of the art techniques. We are presenting you TaxiMap a great game changer
application having a complete grip on the physical and digital components. In our application, we are
providing You a complete digital solution for your entire business. By which can track your clients,
employees(Cab Driver) payment and each and everything related to your business at your hands.

Statement Of Problem:

The problem we observe from your needs is that right now a cob business owner has to maintain their
business manual they need someone to maintain their accounts, manage the payments, track the cars,
track the employee's performance, and each and everything, They need some digital solution to
automate their entire business.

Background:

Right now you can consider that we are making a solo business automation program. We have a team
of developers and they are serving in their positions for a long time so they have very precious
experience in their relevant fields.

We as an IT company have been served to many local and global clients and business for the last 5
years with an almost 100% of Positive success ratio.

Previous Work:

We have served this almost same type of application to our client and now they are making millions
from It. We are hoping same for you after completion of this project you can also make a big
difference on finance chart.
Our work is easily available on IOS and Google Play stores.

Approach to the problem:

We will use the waterfall technique approach for this project. In this approach, we can make sure
that we are providing the best business solution to the end-user. This approach is based on user
reviews we will launch the basic version (beta version) of the application at the first then based on the

IOS and Android. And an admin view from there you can track your complete business easily.

Future works:

For future work, we will launch a B2B model of this Project where you can sell these application
services to other cab business owners where they can register their business on your platform and can
earn your application services. And Instead of that, you can charge a Profit% ratio from them.
