The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data, please ensure you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
Leader Computer Systems is not responsible for any backing up or loss of data incurred under any circumstances. The warranty does not cover
problems caused by software or software compatibility with replacement parts. Virus removal, repair to operating system due to virus or any other
software program damage, routine maintenance to virus or threat scanning software (ie : virus definitions, ad-ware, spyware or firewall updates) or
operating system utility management software, or other software damage of any source. No software repair work may be carried out unless this
Authorisation section is signed by the warranty holder or customer representative, and by doing so the customer agrees to pay the advised software
repair rate. Failure to pay Leader for services rendered may result in cancellation of remaining warranty.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to
repair the goods.
I/We hereby acknowledge that I may be liable for charges if this repair is not covered under the terms and conditions of Leader Computer
PC Systems/Notebook Warranty.
