PROJECT: THAI BINH THERMAL POWER PLANT AND TRANSMISSION LINES CONSTRUCTIONS PROJECT
Sheet piles will be transported to site by trailers. The sheet pile will be inspected at site before
storage.
The storage area of the sheet pile at the site must be flat and on firm ground. Sheet piles on
trailers will be unloaded by crane. During unloading of sheet piles, the following items shall be
observed.
- Sheet pile shall be kept in horizontal position during lifting using guide ropes
- Signal man shall give a clear signal from the position that can be seen by crane operator.
Sheet pile shall be stocked on bedding materials. The sheet pile segment shall be stocked not
greater than 5 layers. Sheet pile storage area will be set up near pile installation area.
8
TOA CORPORATION
PROJECT: THAI BINH THERMAL POWER PLANT AND TRANSMISSION LINES CONSTRUCTIONS PROJECT
Prior to driving sheet piles, surveyors shall check the location and start point of the sheet piles.
