THE ALLOTMENT OF SEAT TO ANY OF THE STUDENT IS PURELY PROVISIONAL AND CONFIRMATION SUBJECT TO THE VERIFICATION OF THE
MARKS(% AGE) AS REPORTED BY THE STUDENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION WITH THE ORIGINAL / ACTUAL MARKS(% AGE) OBTAINED
TO BE VERIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES / DEGREES AT THE TIME OF Virtual (Online) REPORTING TO THE INSTITUTE. THE
INDIVIDUAL INSTITUTE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRONG ADMISSION MADE BY THE INSTITUTE WITHOUT VERIFYING THE
CREDENTIALS OF STUDENTS.
Important Instructions:.
1. In view of the guidelines issued by State Govt. related to COIVD-19 pandemic, the process of reporting will be done online.For this, the Candidate
will require to upload the following Scanned documents(Coloured copy) on counselling portal from their login account, after the provisional allotment
of seat: -
Documents Required for uploading on Online Counselling Portal for Verification by Colleges:
1. 10th DMC
2. Residential Certificate (Domicile or another valid Address Proof)
3. Reserved Category Certificate (as Applicable)
4. Passport Size Photograph
5. Migration Certificate of Qualifying Exam (Optional)
6. DMCs of 10 + 2 / Diploma
7. DMCs of Graduation of Examination
8. Income Affidavit/Certificate (if eligible for Post Matric Scholorship Scheme or Alloted Seat under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme)
2. After successful online verification of the documents by the allotted Institute. The link to upload the Admission Fee slip will be activated in Candidate
Login. the candidate will have to submit the applicable semester fee in the College’s Bank Account(as details mentioned in the allotment letter and
upload the admission fee slip) .This whole process, i.e.provisional verification and provisional confirmation of allotted seat, is to be done within the
prescribed period.If candidate does not report virtually (Online) or the provisionally allotted seat is not confirmed within the prescribed period, then
the allotted seat shall be stand cancelled and the candidate shall not have any claim on the allotted seats, whatsoever.It is in the interest of the
candidates to report virtually(Online) at the earliest to the allotted College.
3. Your declaration during the counselling process is reproduced below: I have read and understood the rules, regulations and meet eligibility criteria
of Participating University(ies).I declare that the entries made by me in this application form are true in all respect and in case, any entry or
information is found to be false, this shall entail automatic cancellation of my admission besides rendering me liable to such action as the Institute /
University may deem fit.
4. Please note that the allotted seat is purely provisional and is subject to verification of the documents / certificates by the concerned Institute /
University as per the eligibility criteria.You must ensure that the scanned documents uploaded by you are genuine and if any malafide intention /
discrepancy is found in your documents at later stage then your provisionally allotted seat will be cancelled and strict action will be taken against
yourself as per University norms.
5. Please ensure that you have received Provisional Confirmation in your login after provisional online verification done by allotted Institute.
6. The documents (DMC & Migration Certificate) can be downloaded through DigiLocker App.
