Undersigned Authorized Private Prosecutor, unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully files this Manifestation with Motion for
Substitution and most respectfully avers that:
1. The undersigned was recently informed that the Private
Complainant,, , sadly passed away last April 17, 2021. A copy of
his Death Certificate is attached herein.
2. Thus, pursuant to the Rules of Court, the undersigned
respectfully notifies this Honorable Court of the fact of such
death and respectfully moves that his sister, be allowed to
substitute the deceased in relation to this case.
