Greetings!

The CIVILIAN VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZATION (CVO) is a Barangay Based

Institution that ensures security and normalcy in the barangay area of responsibility. They
make sure that our constituents get the best of a peaceful community by manning the posts
and patrolling around during night time and also serves as the Quick Reaction Team on a
daily basis.

It is an honor to provide them with all the necessities they needed in performing
their tasks. However, the barangay fiscal situation could not hold to fill that considering the
pandemic that we are facing nowadays. We wish to give them new sets of uniform as
another year of service is apparent to come in 2021.

In line with this, I would like to request from your good office for some donations in
monetary form which will be used for the purchase of new set of uniforms for the
volunteers.

I hope that you take this opportunity to support this cause. Appreciation is greatly
