For me what dance will play in my life it would be i will gained countless benifits like hand to eye
coordination, stamina and etc. For physically dance will help to develop my muscles,my body circulation
and improved my body flexiblity.Intellectualy it benifits me in being focus,creative and
disciplined.Socially it improves sensitivity, understanding, appreciation, and consideration for other
people. Lastly emotionally it helps me gained more confidence and self esteem.

I do not fully understand the fundamental movement skills and its differences in my childhood. What i
gain from these lesson that there are five fundamental or five basic dance positions. The movement that
i love the most is walking as it is the most commonly used movement.
