Best Regard: The company MY SWEET CANDY produces candies and chewing gum and needs to
know the opinion of the clients, for this, they elaborated a survey to measure the degree of
satisfaction and would like to know the results from a report where the situation is evidence.

This company´s jugos del Norte, in the framework of the implementation of the comprehensive

procedures applied in each of them, as well as in the satisfaction of their users, which through of
statistics allow you to measure the attention provided, and establish mechanisms of contact with
