BUSINESS PROJECT PORTFOLIO
Alhamdulillah, we are most grateful to Allah S.W.T for the completion of this
business project portfolio as one of the requirements that need to be accomplished in
the course work assessment for the code BTMW 4012.
Special thanks to our parents for giving financial support in completing this
business project portfolio. This business project portfolio has been prepared with the
cooperation and support of many people. Besides, we would like to thank our beloved
lecturer, Madam Azrina Binti Othman for her kindness in helping us during the process
of completion of this project work. She has given us a good service by providing useful
information. There are a lot of challenges that we have to face such as finding the
material suppliers, machine and location for our project.
Last but not least, we are very grateful to those who had involved and contributed
directly or indirectly to this business plan for the effort and initiative that they have
shown in our project until we successfully completed our business project portfolio.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The customer can reach us through social media such as visit our page in Facebook and
Instagram or WhatsApp messenger to purchase order, which we will deliver to the
provided address. Our company is geared towards the Ayer Keroh, Durian Tunggal and
Bukit Beruang areas, we targeting the numerous neighbourhoods and college campuses
throughout these areas. We offered our services from mid-day until evening which is
from 9.00 a.m until 9.00 p.m. Moreover, we provided free delievery within 3km areas
from our bussiness place and there is charge delivery fee for area outside from our
bussiness place.
The main factors for choosing the specific locations are because students make up a
large portion of the population, and we believe that they will be customers that we will
be able to attract. Also, due to the fact that locations that we choose are generally a
large population and not many popular competitors in this field, we believe this
opportunity will allow our company to prosper, attracting not only students but also
customers of all demographics.
As it is homemade bakery, we hired four workers that had all the complete equipments
such as refrigerator and ovens to do the bakery. We anticipate making a large profit that
exceeds our revenue. This will financially support our liabilities. We believe our
services will be successful because it is convenient for people who do not have cars,
like young children and college students, and also lessens the hassle of going out for
the elderly. Rain or shine, day or night, we plan on delivering our treats to our
customers.

Our vision for this Curvybabes Shop is to be the number one business of
Chocolate Moist Cake in Malaysia which is the best and the most satisfy in terms of the
productand service that we provide to our beloved customers. We make this possible
by offering the fresh made Chocolate Moist Cake with affordable price.
To provide a food delivery services with a reasonable price that will meet the needs of
customers in Melaka especially in Ayer Keroh, Durian Tunggal and Bukit Beruang
areas
The product we supplied to our customer is Chocolate Moist Cakes. This product
is available at a low cost to the customer, while also aiming to be convenient with
the availability of delivery every working day from 9.00 a.m. until 9.00 p.m.. Our
price strategy is value based because the ingredient that we used is high quality.
We focused only on one product to ensure that the product quality is always the
best.

8.0 CONCLUSION
For the conclusion of this business project portfolio, we feel that our Curvybabes Shop
will be a successful company as will try out best to meet the need and demand of the
customers. This business project portfolio also act as a guidance for us to give 100%
satisfaction to the customers when the customers are using our dessert delivery service.
Making the name of our business as a household name is also one of our goal that we
need to achieve in the nearest time. Our team will put our best effort to make this
business successful. We are looking forward to gain back our investment in term of
money, time and others that we have invested as mentioned in the financial part in a
proper way. This is by giving the best services to the customers so that they will
recommend our dessert delivery service to their friends and family. Our business is
small scale, but we hope that it will be a successful one.
