 Managing PIMS user management i.e. Addition/Deletion of Users, Mapping of services to Users and
assign services privilege as per requirement
 Generation of Different PIMS reports like critical command report, user discovery report etc. for user
review

2. User Access Management and Review on Quarterly Basis

 As a part of User Access Management, Managing Creation/Modification/Deletion of OS/DB/NW

level users and integration with PIMS
 Performing User Access logs review on Quarterly basis and ensuring the compliance with
Bank’s User Access Policy Document
 Monthly review of Critical commands logs and following up with Vendors, in case of any issue
 Review of AD users and DB users on Quarterly basis

3. Migration of DR INB Servers from CTRLS to Gachibowli

 Successfully migrated DR INB Servers from CTRLS to Gachibowli

 Prepared 58 FARs related to Gachibowli migration and get it implemented in NSPM , in co-ordination
with different Dept.
 Successfully migrated Cloud hosted Application like BBPS and OAO for CTLS to Gachibowli
 Successfully conducted Post migration independent DR Drill for INB Application and BBPS & OAO

4. VPN Setup during COVID Lockdown

 During lockdown, completed the VPN setup for TechM Partners as well as Dept. staff also
 Handled all the issues related to VPN connectivity during lockdown
 Performed hardening of Laptops as per ISD directives to VPN
 Helped MOPS team seamless and smooth functioning during WFH .

5. Infra lead for cloud hosted INB servers

 As part of Infra lead for BBPS, OAO and MSW, regularly checking the capacity report and HW health
status and ensuring the figures should be below the threshold values
 Handled all the requests related to cloud resource enhancement, FAR implementation and Gachibowli
Migration
 Migrated UAT/SIT INB infra setup to Gachibowli
 For Cloud Hosted Application BBPS and OAO, Integrated with ITSM Tools and Patches are pushed
centrally.

6. Automation of DC-DR Switchover through Sanovi CRO

 Successfully implemented and tested Sanovi DC-DR automation for OAO and BBPS application.
 Managing of new Sanovi CRO setup at Gachibowli due to migration of INB setup to GB
 Managed the Inclusion of CCS application in Sanovi automation
 Co-ordination with IBM team to complete setup of Sanovi Application

7. Application monitoring - Performance, Downtime and Infrastructure

 As part of performance monitoring, performs Daily monitoring of Dynatrace Report and check the
anomalies, taking it with vendors for resolution
 Daily Monitoring of INB Application on Dynatrace and BTVAD
 Performed IT Procurement and billing related tasks successfully. Successfully managed the RFP for
Web Performance and Monitoring services

8. Infrastructure Management

 Performed frequent DC visit during (Day/Night) critical and major HW activities

 Managed new HW setup for Yono Business at Rabale and Gachibowli Datacenters
 Performed as committee secretary for RFP of Performance Monitoring Procurement
 Performed procurement for Purchase of Data Degausser and Fiber connectivity at GITC and Rabale
