This project consists of development of a 16.3± acre tract, PIN 9632559435, located on Old Haywood Road in Mills River, NC. The property is currently occupied by a single family residence. A new 16
lot single family residential subdivision is proposed. Development will include a new private residential street (Grandview Drive), stormwater and drainage features, and a water main extension.

PREPARED FOR:
Access will be provided via a new driveway along Old Haywood Road. Each lot will be served by septic and public water, water service is provided by the City of Hendesonville Water.
