Amadeus Entries e Ticketing
The Electronic Ticket Record (ETR) is stored in the airline's database. You can
display this record from a retrieved PNR or without a PNR.

If there is more than one Ticket Number (FA) element in the PNR, specify the line
number of the ETR you want to see. For example:
TWD/L10
You can also display an ETR without a PNR by including the ticket number in the
TWD entry. For example:
TWD/TKT 005-1234567890
When necessary, you can cancel or void an Electronic Ticketing Record (ETR).
The System sends a void request to the airline. The record is also cancelled in the
Sales Report when the cancellation is within the current sales period.

If you receive a timeout error after your TWX entry, you must redisplay the ETR.
If the FA element contains an EV status, showing that the ticket has been voided,
you can cancel the record in the Sales Report manually by entering:
TWX/N
Refunding an Electronic Ticket
To refund an electronic ticket using the ET-REA process, first display the PNR,
then display the electronic ticket record by entering:
TWD
If more than one FA element exists in the PNR, include the FA line number in the
entry. For example:
TWD/L10
When processing a refund, the System changes the segment status to R (for
refunded).
