THS is proud of their 1981 cheer-

leaders. Along with adding the needed
enthusiasm to every game they put up
spirit signs before every game, helped
prepare activities for homecoming and
gave their "secret players" treats
before a game. Good job girls!

1981 National Honor Society

Officers: Ruth Horst, Secretary; Todd

Prusator, Vice President; Mitzi Roberts,
President

The National Honor Society is a national organization of

students who have been selected on the basis of
scholarship, leadership, character and service. New
Senior Members of NHS members are elected in the second semester of each year
by a majority vote of the high school faculty.

The chapter sponsors two social functions each year: the

Christmas party for members and alumni, and a Sunday
supper each spring at which parents are invited, new
members are installed, and senior members are honored.

1980-81 Student Council Members

This year Student Council committees

organized the bonfire, parade, decora-
tions, and the homecoming dance. For
the Christmas party, Student Council
organized games, a gong show, and the
David and Cory Get Ready For Business
2nd annual Christmas mural contests in
which the Freshman class took honors.
