    In reference to the school record of Natingga, Archilles Maghanoy with LRN 128095110109, a Grade
    9 of PIGCARANGAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL, Tubod West District for the S.Y. 2020-2021, found out
    that he is presently enrolled in SUMILAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, Sumilao, Bukidnon. As a matter
    of fact, the above-name mentioned was enrolled in my class, section Grade 9-Argon at the very start
    of the school year.

    In the behalf, I would like to request an arrangement of this enrollment to be out in my LIS record.
